I went to that Pokemon Fusion place and the first one I got was something that looks like a professor.

Made this for someone that wanted to know my progression of drawing.
Rough sketch. Different parts, like wings or armor are done on separate layers in different colors if I feel I need to move them around a lot or have to work with them a bunch.
Rough lineart. A sketchy, practice lineart is done over the sketch to get an idea of what I want.
Lineart.
Colors and any shading. Just slap it on there.
